Appearance
About 5'5 and pretty thin, but also reasonably muscular at the same time. Brown hair that goes down to her upper back, but is usually done up in dual ponytails. Usually wears a black outfit based off of a school girl outfit. Has a pair of slug antennae on top of her head, she usually covers them up with a fashionable hat or headband or a helmet depending on the situation due to them being pretty sensitive.

Background
Luma has had a reasonably simple, if spoiled life, growing up under the roof of a wealthy self-made man and being raised better than your usual nouveau riche girl. At the age of thirteen she discovered something she would never regret: That she was a prodigy at hand-to-hand combat. Her father got her a tutor, by the age of 16 she could beat him easily. The next year she got into Beacon Academy because she, quote "Wanted to help people and beat things up for a living, and really, isn't that just what everybody wants deep down?"

Semblance
Can slow down her perception of time for about 1.25 seconds for every grade in Skill she has to the point those 1.25 seconds become around 5 seconds. Even though this doesn't speed her up in any way, it helps when trying to find a weakpoint on an enemy, an escape point if things go bad, or other stuff that could help in a split-second decision. She can use it twice at any moment before having to recharge for 24 hours after the first "Charge", if she doesn't use the second one before the time is up, it is wasted. Every use drains about 25% of her maximum aura.
Weapon
Blood Red and Bruise Blue: A pair of lucky studded brass knuckles she wears at all times (The only exceptions are when she's sleeping or bathing/showering), the one in her left hand, Blood Red, is studded with rubies and the one on her right, Bruise Blue, with sapphires. Her dad had them custom made for a gift on her fourteenth birthday and they're one of her most prized posessions.
